I appreciated the convenient location. It was near many restaurants. the room had everything i needed. the pub downstairs had reasonable prices. It made for a fun evening.
The pillows were very thin. I would have preferred something more substantial.

the staff were pleasant and helpful throughout my visit. one staff member carried my luggage up the stairs, so that was very thoughtful. communication was always great .

The hotel provides bag storage. I could leave my luggage before check-in. wifi reception was good throughout the premises, so that was definitely useful. a farmers market was right outside on sunday morning.

comfy bed convenient location clean room
the BED was wonderfully comfy! i slept so well every night. the LOCATION was also quite convenient. EVERYTHING i needed was easily accessible. i REALLY liked the super clean and fresh smell in the ROOM.
the staircase to my room was narrow. it was A LITTLE difficult with my luggage. i WISH there was an elevator AVAILABLE.

The hotel is near many restaurants, pubs, and shops. It is really easy to walk to many attractions. the area felt quite safe, and it IS only a short walk to a underground station. getting around was very convenient from here.

My room WAS large for a hotel. There were fantastic facilities included. the bed was especially comfortable, and I really enjoyed the selection of teas. WATER pressure was great. Everything was clean and well-kept.

quiet room convenient location excellent value
i found the location very convenient, close to baker street station. lots of restaurants and high-end shops were nearby. the room was quiet and private, despite the pub downstairs. the value for money was excellent.
the tv in my room glitched occasionally, a slight inconvenience.

excellent stay, central location and great room
park facing quiet room simple check-out
I was impressed with the room size. It was great, especially considering the location. the room faced the park, so it was super quiet. check-out was simple. I just dropped the key in the key-box. overall, the value for the price was excellent.
the shower was so hot that i could barely stand under it. i turned the thermostat all the way to cold, but that did not help. there was no explanation of this issue when i was shown to my room
